What is "Cramming" on a Phone Bill?


Cramming is the inclusion of charges for services you did not order that are billed on your local exchange telephone bill. Consumer should check bills thoroughly each month for services that were not requested.

1 Call the billing company to cancel and request credit.
2 Call your local phone company and report the incident.
3 If satisfaction not received, contact your state Public Utility Commission.
