Initial Consultation with business by TCS.

If feasible TCS will come out and meet with you on a personal basis to make an initial assessment of what products and services you are currently using, and what your future product needs will be.

If not feasible to meet in person, we can still complete the initial consultation via telephone, email and fax.

TCS compiles invoice data to create a baseline and recognize opportunities to reduce costs and maximize the services you receive.

TCS will review your invoices for ways to reduce costs, by looking at the monthly recurring charges, costs per minute or circuit, taxes and fees to determine ways that costs can be reduced, while not compromising the service or products you are currently receiving.



Meeting scheduled to discuss ways to reduce telecom costs and maintain or increase the level of service you are currently receiving.

After reviewing your information, TCS will meet with you again to show you our recommendations.  This meeting will cover not only ways to reduce the actual costs you are currently paying, but TCS will show you step by step how the recommendations can and will be implemented by TCS resulting in no downtime and minimal time commitment on your part.

Customer agrees to recommendations and implementation begins.

TCS can handle any and all changes that may need to be done to ensure the recommendations are carried out smoothly.   We follow the process to make sure that everything is set up correctly.
